It's about time we start off this blog, eh? Well I first want to say that our crew has been working non-stop to make this film fantastic. Over the last few weeks we've been to almost every deli on Pico, every store for donations and all of our friends for help. There has been so much success lately with more prizes for the fundraiser (Universal Studios tickets, Vintage Movie Posters, Manicures, etc!) and support. Director Don Petrie Brings Hollywood Magic to CSUN as Artist-in-Residence
I know, I know, pretty awesome. I just want to keep everyone updated on our progress:
- We are having a BAKE SALE this Thursday, October 8 at the Matador Walk on the CSUN campus. It'll be from approximately 9:30am-3:30pm. Look out of for us!
- We are having a major event at "The Abbey" in West Hollywood on Thrusday , October 15 at 10pm-late. There will be music, dancing, a raffle for MANY COOL PRIZES, and a silent auction of student art. The tickets will be $15 pre-sale and $20 at the door. All of the proceeds are going to the production of the film :cD Be there or be square!
- Some awesome sidewalk-chalk-art was drawn today by our lovely crew to promote our events and website. Good job Nate!
